Seven Mile now offers deliveries! We will try to accommodate you to the best of our ability as customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are unhappy with this service please bring your concerns to our attention and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Phone orders can ONLY be called in Monday and Tuesday between 10 and 1. You may place phone orders on Monday or Tuesday for later in the week. Online/Email orders must be received by 6 PM the previous might for next day delivery. If received past the 6 PM deadline we cannot guarantee next day delivery and your order may be delivered the following day.***

Phone Orders: Call 410-653-2000 ext. 773 Monday and Tuesday between 10 AM and 1 PM. If you reach our voicemail please leave a message with your name and phone number and we will call you back at our earliest convenience to receive your order. PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE YOUR ORDER AS A MESSAGE.
Email/Online Orders: You may also fill out an order form from our website, www.sevemilemarket.com (select DELIVERY tab), or you may email your order to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please be as specific as possible (item; qty; brand; if you want a substitute-similar, cheapest, any, or skip; hechsher; cholov yisroel; yoshon; pas yisroel; other specifications or special instructions).
If you have previously made an order, you can place the same order or edit a previous order (ask us how).
For deliveries: only regular prices will apply, sales will only apply for in store shopping. We will not be delivering flowers. Prices may change without advance customer notification.
You may submit an order for next day delivery or you may schedule a delivery for a future date. Orders are delivered Monday-Thursday between 11 AM- 6 PM, and Fridays between 9 AM-12 PM. You MUST be home to accept delivery unless a Drop Delivery Request was submitted. (Please note: If you ordered by phone, unless you have emailed the Drop Delivery Request, you MUST be home to accept delivery.) We will do our best to separate your frozen, fridge, and regular groceries; however we ask that you please go through all your bags upon delivery as we do not take responsibility if items are inadvertently bagged together.
There is no minimum required amount to qualify for this service.
We offer delivery within the Baltimore Eruv, to Ner Yisrael, and T.A neighborhoods. Email orders below $100 are a $10 fee and orders over $100 are a $5. Phone orders will be $12 for under $100 and $7 for over $100. Additional fees will apply for deliveries outside these areas.
YESHIVA LANE ORDERS:
Deliveries will be Wednesday morning between 11 and 2 and Thursday afternoon between 2 and 6. There will be an additional $3 charge for all other delivery days and times.
We will be delivering to schools and offices on Monday and Tuesday. There will be an additional $3 charge for all other delivery days and times.
You may cancel an order until we begin shopping it. Once an order is pulled it cannot be cancelled.
Any item may be returned within seven days of delivery. All items need to be returned to the store; we will not come to you to pick up the item/s. Returns cannot be given to the delivery person. Items that are damaged or not ordered can be returned and customers will receive a refund back to their credit card. All other returns will be accepted for a store credit.
Please inform us of any changes as soon as possible (e.g. address, CC#, expiration date, security code). We will take this information before each order and you will be charged prior to delivery. Someone must be present during the hours of delivery requested. You may choose to have your delivery left at your door. To choose this option, you must submit a Drop Delivery Request along with your order. If you are not present to receive your order and you did not submit a Drop Delivery Request we will charge you a $10 restocking fee and you will need to resubmit your order.
Payments must be processed by credit/debit card. No CASH, CHECKS, WIC, FOOD STAMPS, or other forms of payment will be accepted.
If any issue with payment processing occurs after putting together the order and the items need to be returned to the shelves, you will be charged a restocking fee. It is therefore of utmost importance to make sure your credit card information is correct and that there is money on your card. If we are unable to process the restocking fee on the credit card provided, a bill will be mailed to the delivery address. We will do our best to work with you to avoid any unnecessary fees.

Unfortunately, we will not be taking orders nor doing deliveries starting the day of Purim through two weeks after Pesach. We will do our best to notify you of any other closings or important changes. We apologize for this inconvenience.
