Yes. For email or online orders there is a $10 delivery fee for orders below $100 and a $5 delivery fee for orders above $100. For phone orders there is a $12 delivery fee for orders below $100 and a $7 delivery fee for orders above $100. If you live outside the Baltimore Eruv, an additional fee may apply. Ask about exceptions.
Monday through Friday orders must be placed by 6 PM the previous night for delivery the next day. Orders will not be accepted past this time!
Yes. You may bring back an item within seven days of delivery to receive a store credit. We will not come to your house to pick up any items you want to return.
You will be asked to choose 11-2 or 2-6 for Monday-Thursday. All Friday orders go out as soon as possible; as close to 9-12 as we can! Yeshiva Lane orders will go out Wednesday between 11 and 2 and Thursday between 2 and 6. Offices and schools will go out Monday and Tuesday only. There will be an additional $3 charge for all other delivery days and times.
Yes. The only item we do not deliver is flowers.
No. Orders below $100 will be a $10 fee and orders over $100 will be a $5 fee.
Our typical delivery hours are Monday-Thursday between 11 AM-6 PM and Fridays between 9 AM and 12 PM. We will try to accommodate you to the best of our ability during those hours. If other times are needed please do not hesitate to ask and we will do our best to accommodate you.
When placing your order you will need to give us your credit card information and you will be charged prior to delivery. We do not accept checks, cash, wic, food stamps, or any other form of payment.
Since meat is prepackaged, we cannot guarantee exact weight amounts. We will try to give you within a ¼ of a pound of what you ask for.
Yes. We only use the information you provide us to fill your order and receive payment. Only the personnel who are involved with this service will have this information.
When you place an order, tell us if you would like to substitute an item for a similar item or skip that item. If an item is out of stock and we cannot contact you or you do not specify a substitute style, we will not provide a substitute item and the customer will not be charged. Know that you may return a substituted item to the store within seven days of delivery to receive store credit.
Yes! As long as you are within the Baltimore Eruv and you order a minimum of $50 we will deliver to you. Just remember, someone must be present to receive the delivery.
