Seven Mile now offers deliveries! We will try to accommodate you to the best of our ability as customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are unhappy with this service please bring your concerns to our attention and we will do our best to accommodate you.

***Orders will be processed within 24 hours. Orders must be submitted by 1 PM to receive the order the next available delivery day. Orders placed after this time will be delivered the following available delivery day.***


How to Order:

Phone Orders: Call 410-653-2000 ext. 773, Monday through Thursday between the hours of 9:30 AM-1:00 PM. If you reach our voicemail please leave a message with your name and phone number and we will call you back at our earliest convenience to receive your order. PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE YOUR ORDER AS A MESSAGE.

Email Orders: You may also fill out an order form from our website, www.sevemilemarket.com (select DELIVERY tab), or you may email your order to us at order@sevenmilemarket.com. Please be as specific as possible (item; qty; brand; if you want a substitute-similar, cheapest, any, or skip; hechsher; cholov yisroel; yoshon; pas yisroel; other specifications or special instructions).

If you have previously made an order, you can place same order or edit previous order.

For deliveries only regular prices will apply, sales will only apply for in store shopping. We will not be delivering flowers. Prices may change without advance customer notification.


You may submit an order for next day delivery or you may schedule a delivery for a future date. Orders are delivered Monday-Thursday between 11 AM- 6 PM, and Fridays between 9 AM-12 PM. You MUST be home to accept delivery unless a Drop Delivery Request Form was submitted. (Please note: If you ordered by phone, unless you have emailed the Drop Delivery Request Form, you MUST be home to accept delivery.) We will do our best to separate your frozen, fridge, and regular groceries; however we ask that you please go through all your bags upon delivery as we do not take responsibility if items are inadvertently bagged together.

You need to order a minimum of $50 worth of items to qualify for this service.

We offer free delivery within the Baltimore Eruv, to Ner Yisrael, and T.A neighborhoods. Fees will apply for deliveries outside these areas.



Any item may be returned within seven days of delivery. All items need to be returned to the store; we will not come to you to pick up the item/s. Returns cannot be given to the delivery person. Items that are damaged or not ordered can be returned and customers will receive a refund back to their credit card. All other returns will be accepted for a store credit.


The Credit Card Authorization form must be completed prior to delivery. This form will be securely stored and used for future orders. Please inform us of any changes as soon as possible (e.g. address, CC#, expiration date, security code). We will take this information before you place your first order and you will be charged prior to delivery. Someone must be present during the hours of delivery requested. You may choose to have your delivery left at your door. To choose this option, you must email the Drop Delivery Request Form along with your order. If you are not present to receive your order and you did not send a Drop Delivery Request Form we will charge you a $10 restocking fee and you will need to resubmit your order.

Payments must be processed by credit/debit card. No CASH, CHECKS, WIC, FOOD STAMPS, or other forms of payment will be accepted.

If any issue with payment processing occurs after putting together the order and the items need to be returned to the shelves, you will be charged a restocking fee. It is therefore of utmost importance to make sure your credit card information is updated. If we are unable to process the restocking fee on the credit card provided, a bill will be mailed to the delivery address. We will do our best to work with you to avoid any unnecessary fees.

Unfortunately, we will not be taking orders nor doing deliveries starting the day after Purim through two weeks after Pesach. We apologize for this inconvenience.
